• Check in time is any time after 2pm. Should guests arrive before this time, Hlosi staff will accommodate them to the best of their ability.
• Check out time is 11am on the day of departure.
• Guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival. Please remain assured that Hlosi Lodge will take every precaution to ensure guests safety during their stay at Hlosi.
Inclusions and Exclusions
Includes: VAT, accommodation, all meals, teas/coffees, snacks, selected local beverages, 2 game drives and SAFARI KIDS for children (replace with: and two game drives.).
Excludes: Curio purchases, laundry, telephone calls, premium beverages and other personal expenses, transfers and gratuities.
Tourism levy: No levies are charged at present
Optional extras on Request: Transfers to and from Port Elizabeth Airport, Whale Watching Excursions, Exclusive Safari Vehicle and Ranger
Terms and Conditions:
1. All rates are in South African Rands and include VAT.
2. Children are accepted at Hlosi Game Lodge.
3. For booking and rates purposes, children are considered to be under the age of 12.
4. Child rate applies when sharing with two adults.
5. Please note that all guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.
6. Hlosi Game Lodge reserves the right to admit any guests/s and furthermore reserves the right to remove any guest/s whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests and/ or staff.
Cancellation Policy:
A 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking, with full payment due 7 days before arrival. In the event of notification of cancellation or no show, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
1. Cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival is subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
The accommodation at Hlosi is simply royal. The suites, dining room and service is on par with 5-star hotels. The thatched roof suites feel authentic and genuinely placed in the middle of the wild-life!
