Guests are required to check in after 14h00 and check out by 11h00
on the morning of departure.
Children over the age of 11 years are welcome, younger children by
arrangement only.
Optional Extras (Nett Rates):
Transfers are available from Port Elizabeth
Airport to Hlosi Lodge and are charged at R1 520 (nett) per vehicle
per one-way trip,
subject to a maximum of 7 guests per vehicle.
Alexandria Dune Fields Excursion - R600 per person.
Refreshments and lunch are included.
Whale Watching Excursion - R600 per person (excludes
transfers).
Frontier Historical Fireside Tales - R500 per person (min. of 8
guests).
Exclusive Safari Vehicle - R2 200.
Weddings - R5 750 (excludes nightly accommodation). Includes
sparkling wine, flowers and chocolates in the suite on arrival, minister
and service, flowers, eco-friendly confetti, traditional singing choir
after the service, romantic dinner for 2 and champagne breakfast on the
day following the wedding. Other options can be catered for on request.
Please note that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
Terms and Conditions:
1. All rates are in South African Rands and includes VAT.
2. Child rates applies
to children under the age of 12 when sharing with two adults.
3. Pilots, drivers, guides and tour leader rates may vary but will not
exceed R900 per night. These rates include all
meals and accommodation only.
4. Whilst every effort is made to accommodate children, Hlosi reserves the
right to make alternative meal
arrangements for children.
5. Generally, and except where children are accommodated on safari by
means of a "bush bumble", children under
the age of 6 are not permitted on game drives.
Children between the ages of 6-12 are permitted to go on the
main game
drive at the sole discretion of the game ranger.
6. Please note that all guest are required to sign a indemnity form upon
arrival.
7. Hlosi reserves the right to limit the reduced rate requests as
applied to drivers, pilots and guides.
8. Hlosi reserves its rights to refuse admission to any guests and
retains the right to have removed
any guests whose behaviour impacts negatively on other guests
and / or staff.
Cancellation Policy:
1. A 20% deposit will be required to confirm a booking, with full
payment due 7 days before arrival.
2. Bookings cancelled within 45 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
3. Bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival will be required to pay
50% of total invoice.
4. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be required to pay
90% of total invoice.
